This exercise can be used by anyone feeling anxious or stressed, this video is guaranteed to help you relax into the present moment.
If you are feeling weak into the shoulders, tension in the low back, or tight into the back of the legs, this posture can help in all of those areas. Holding this posture for 5 - 10 breaths can help build muscle into the shoulders, open into the front of the chest, lengthen the low back (spine), as well lengthen into the back of the legs.
